Painted Finch Gallery
"One day, roughly 13 years ago, while painting a backdrop for a Corry Community Theater production of “Fiddler on the Roof,” local artist Wendy Neckers looked around at the North Center Street building she was in, then under renovation, and thought, “This would make a fantastic gallery.”Little did she know, she would be the one to make that happen some years later.Neckers’ establishment, Painted Finch Gallery, initially opened on Route 6 nearly 10 years ago, in July 2012, and then moved to its current location at 32 N. Center St. in May 2015. It is a venue for local artists to sell and showcase their work" (The Corry Journal). The dream of a high-end gallery with exceptional art, in a quiet little city, created the Painted Finch Gallery in 2012. Owner/Artist Wendy Neckers has collected an amazing array of of artists and artisans who have their work on display.
